KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that meet the needs of all learners
Support teachers in catering for students with varying ability levels within the classroom
Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted intervention to support their learning
Assist with the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials
Assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress
Maintain Chinese teaching resources in the storage room and ordering resources when necessary
Provide cover for lessons when needed
Support field trips and school events
Lead co-curricular activities that support student learning and personal development
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
BASIC QUALIFICATION
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Major: Chinese language and literature
Language: Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English, minimum CET-6
Teaching qualification Certificate for Primary
EXPERTISE
Outstanding communication in English and Chinese.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Chinese curriculum.
Strong writing and editing skills
Strong ICT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications including Sharepoint and One Drive, iMovie, etc.)
PREFERRED APTITUDES
International and/or bilingual school experience working cross-culturally is preferred.

Detailed-oriented, an ability to prioritise workload and disciplined in time management
